GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The WAFER BUTTERFLY VALVE – SERIES 20 PN10/16/ANSI 150 is engineered to deliver reliable shut-off performance and installation versatility across water and industrial systems. Featuring a concentric disc design, it is available in a wide dimensional range from DN40 up to DN1200, making it suitable for both standard and large-diameter pipelines.

The valve guarantees tightness in both directions, ensuring dependable sealing under varying flow conditions. Its one-piece shaft design enhances mechanical strength and prevents breakage caused by water hammer, increasing operational safety and durability. The cartridge seat allows easy and fast replacement, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime.

Designed with a long neck configuration for heat-insulated installations, it ensures proper insulation clearance. The valve does not require additional joints for installation, facilitating quick assembly between flanges. It is equipped with a top flange according to ISO 5211 for actuator mounting and a 10-position lever for precise manual control.
Manufactured in compliance with EU Directive 2014/68/EU (Pressure Equipment Directive), Module H, this valve meets stringent European quality and safety standards.
