GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
 

DAVINCI Three piece Ball Valves with threaded ends are designed for maximum maintainability, durability, and high-performance shut-off in demanding industrial applications. Their three-piece body construction allows for easy in-line maintenance, enabling the central section to be removed without disassembling the valve from the pipeline, significantly reducing downtime.

Manufactured by investment casting in stainless steel (AISI 304 / 316, CF8 / CF8M) and WCB carbon steel, these valves offer excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Available in sizes from 1/4” to 4”, they are suitable for pressure ratings up to 1000 PSI (PN63).

The full port design ensures minimal pressure drop and maximum flow efficiency, while the blow-out proof stem enhances operational safety. Optional features such as anti-static device and locking handle make these valves suitable for critical and hazardous applications.

Threaded connections are available according to international standards including ASME B1.20.1 (NPT), ISO 228-1, DIN 259/2999, BS21, and JIS B0203, ensuring global compatibility and easy installation without the need for flanges.

Each valve is tested in accordance with API 598 and EN 12266-1, guaranteeing tight shut-off and high reliability. Manufactured under PED 2014/68/EU, they comply with stringent European safety requirements.

Designed for working pressures up to PN56/63, these valves provide low torque operation, long service life, and superior ease of maintenance, making them an ideal solution for water systems, chemical processing, oil & gas, HVAC, and general industrial applications where frequent servicing and reliability are essential.
