GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
 
DAVINCI AIR RELIEF VALVE for SEWAGE WATER SS316 (TRIPLE FUNCTION) is designed for efficient and durable air management in wastewater and sewage systems, particularly in aggressive and corrosive environments. Manufactured with a single-body construction, it eliminates the risk of failure associated with dual-body connections and enhances structural integrity under demanding operating conditions.
The valve provides a 100% full-flow internal area, ensuring maximum air discharge capacity during pipeline filling and efficient air intake during draining operations. It incorporates a 4 mm small orifice for controlled, high-speed venting of accumulated air under pressurized conditions.
All internal components are manufactured in stainless steel (AISI 304 / SS316 options available depending on configuration), offering high resistance to corrosion and long-term reliability in sewerage applications. The reinforced float is designed to withstand internal pressures between 51 and 70 bar, depending on valve size, ensuring durability even under severe surge conditions.
Operational characteristics include a minimum closing pressure of 0.3 bar (0.2 bar available upon request) and blow-shut resistance up to 2.0 bar, while typical system operation requires only approximately 0.5 bar for effective performance.
 
The triple-function design enables:
Large air release during pipeline filling
Continuous small air venting under pressurized operation
Large air intake during pipeline draining
 
Manufacturing and testing comply with EN 1074-1 & EN 1074-4, AWWA C512, and CJ/T 217-2005, with hydrostatic testing performed according to EN 12266-1, Class A. Flanged connections conform to ISO 7005-2, and threaded connections are available in BSP / ISO 228-1. The valve is produced in accordance with relevant EC Directive requirements.
 
Available in PN10/PN16 and Class 125/150 pressure ratings, this fully stainless-steel air valve provides a robust, corrosion-resistant, and high-capacity solution for demanding sewage water installations.
