DAVINCI BUTTERFLY VALVES – WAFER 1 STEM are designed to provide reliable shut-off performance and efficient flow control in water and industrial systems. Featuring a concentric disc design, this series is available in a range from DN40 to DN600, with pressure ratings PN10/16, covering a wide spectrum of pipeline applications.
The valve ensures 100% tightness in both directions, delivering dependable sealing under varying flow conditions. Its optimized internal geometry guarantees low head loss, contributing to improved hydraulic efficiency. The cartridge seat design allows easy and fast replacement, reducing maintenance time and operational costs.
Designed for practical installation, the valve does not require additional gaskets, simplifying assembly between flanges. The long neck configuration makes it suitable for heat-insulated pipelines, while the top flange according to ISO 5211 enables straightforward actuator mounting. A 10-position lever ensures precise and secure manual operation.
Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 593, with face-to-face dimensions compliant with EN 558-1 Series 20, the valve is suitable for installation between PN10/16 flanges according to EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2.
Pressure testing is performed in compliance with EN 12266-1 Rate A and GB/T 13927-1992, with testing parameters: Body: 1.5 × PN & Seat: 1.1 × PN
In accordance with EU Directive 2014/68/EU (Pressure Equipment Directive), the product is excluded under Article 1, §2b up to DN300. From DN350 to DN600, it falls under Risk Category I, Module A.
