GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
DAVINCI ALUMINUM WAFER BUTTERFLY VALVE with 2 STEMS is designed to provide lightweight construction combined with reliable shut-off performance in water and industrial systems. Featuring a concentric disc design, it is available in sizes from DN40 up to DN200, offering a compact and efficient solution for medium and small diameter pipelines.
The valve ensures tightness in both directions, guaranteeing secure sealing under variable flow conditions. Its optimized internal geometry delivers low head loss, improving hydraulic efficiency. The long neck design makes it suitable for heat-insulated installations, while the wafer configuration does not require additional joints for installation, simplifying assembly between flanges.
Equipped with a top flange according to ISO 5211, the valve allows easy actuator mounting and automation. A 10-position lever provides accurate and reliable manual operation.
Typical applications include drinking water networks, HVAC installations, compressed air systems, irrigation projects, and a wide range of industrial processes where lightweight and corrosion-resistant solutions are required.
Seat materials are capable of withstanding lower temperatures without structural damage; however, at reduced temperatures the elastomer may harden, leading to increased operating torque. Additionally, certain flow media may limit the allowable temperature range or significantly reduce seat service life. For specific media or operating conditions, technical consultation is recommended.
