GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

DAVINCI Butterfly Valves Lug Type feature a concentric disc design that ensures smooth operation and 100% tight shut-off in both flow directions, making them a reliable solution for a wide range of fluid control applications. Available from DN40 to DN1200 with pressure ratings PN10 and PN16, they are designed for versatility and performance.

The optimized internal geometry provides low head loss, improving system efficiency. A one-piece shaft design enhances mechanical strength and prevents failure due to water hammer, while the cartridge seat system allows quick and easy replacement without special tools. Additionally, no gaskets are required for installation, simplifying assembly and reducing installation time.

These valves incorporate a long neck design, making them ideal for insulated pipelines, and are equipped with a top flange according to ISO 5211 for easy automation. Manual operation is ensured through a 10-position lever, enabling precise control.

Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 593, with EN 558-1 Series 20 face-to-face dimensions and compatible with EN 1092-2 / ISO 7005-2 flanges, they ensure full interchangeability. Each valve is tested per EN 12266-1 Rate A and GB/T13927-1992, with pressure tests at 1.5 × PN for the body and 1.1 × PN for the seat.

Compliant with CE certification and PED 2014/68/EU, these valves are suitable for working pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures ranging from -10°C to +120°C, depending on seat and disc materials (EPDM or NBR seats; CF8M or GJS400 discs).
