GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

DAVINCI BUTTERFLY VALVES - CONCENTRIC FLANGED SERIES 13, designed to deliver reliable sealing, hydraulic efficiency, and versatile installation across a broad range of applications. Featuring a concentric disc design, this series is available from DN50 up to DN3000, covering small to large-diameter pipeline requirements.

Engineered for performance, the valve ensures 100% tightness in both directions, providing dependable shut-off and operational safety. Its optimized internal geometry guarantees low head loss and low torque values, allowing smooth operation and reduced actuator sizing requirements.

The vulcanized seat design eliminates the need for additional gaskets during installation, simplifying assembly and ensuring a secure, leak-free fit between flanges. This feature enhances reliability while reducing installation time and maintenance complexity.

For maximum adaptability, the series is available in different shaft configurations (one-piece or two-piece design), with options with or without pin, allowing the valve to be tailored to specific operational and mechanical requirements.

Equipped with a top flange according to ISO 5211, the valve enables straightforward actuator mounting and seamless integration into automated systems.
