GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
DAVINCI BUTTERFLY VALVES with GROOVED ENDS, engineered for efficient installation and reliable shut-off performance in mechanical piping systems.
Available in sizes from DN50 to DN300, with working pressures PN10/16 (1.0 MPa / 1.6 MPa), this valve provides a compact and dependable solution for water distribution, HVAC, and industrial applications.
Featuring a concentric disc design, the valve ensures tightness in both directions, delivering secure sealing and operational reliability. Its optimized geometry allows smooth operation and consistent performance under standard service conditions.
The long neck configuration makes it ideal for heat-insulated installations, while the 10-position lever ensures precise manual control. Equipped with a top flange according to ISO 5211, the valve allows easy actuator mounting and seamless automation integration.
Protected with WRAS-approved epoxy coating (250 microns), it offers excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for potable water systems. The valve operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +90°C, ensuring stable performance in typical water and HVAC applications.
Manufactured in compliance with EN 593, it is compatible with PN10/16 flanges according to EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2. Each unit undergoes pressure testing according to EN 12266-1, Rate A, with testing parameters:
Body: 1.5 × PN
Seat: 1.1 × PN
In accordance with EU Directive 2014/68/EU (Pressure Equipment Directive), the product is excluded under Article 1, §2b up to DN300. The valve is CE certified, ensuring compliance with applicable European standards.
