GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

DAVINCI RESILIENT SEAT GATE VALVES _ BRITISH STANDARD NON-RISING are designed to provide secure isolation and long-term reliability in water distribution systems. Available in a wide range from DN40 to DN800, with pressure ratings PN10/16, these valves are 100% suitable for underground installations, ensuring durability and performance in buried service conditions.

Featuring a full bore design, the valve guarantees 100% tightness in both directions and minimum head loss, maintaining optimal hydraulic efficiency. The resilient seat construction ensures dependable sealing, while the valve can be repacked under pipeline pressure, reducing maintenance downtime. A by-pass option is available for pressure balancing when required, and low torque values enable smooth and efficient operation.

The body is protected with WRAS-approved epoxy coating (250 microns), providing excellent corrosion resistance and full compliance for potable water applications.

These valves are widely used in drinking water networks, bulk water storage systems, process water installations, pump stations, sewage water networks, and irrigation projects.

Manufactured in accordance with DIN 3352 and compliant with EN 1074-2 / GB/T 12232-1989, the valves feature face-to-face dimensions according to EN 558-1 Series 3 (British Standard) and are suitable for installation between PN10/16 flanges according to EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2.

Pressure testing is carried out in accordance with EN 12266-1 Rate A and GB/T 13927-1992, with the body tested at 1.5 × PN and the seat at 1.1 × PN.

In line with EU Directive 2014/68/EU (Pressure Equipment Directive), the product is excluded under Article 1, §2b up to DN300, and classified under Risk Category I, Module A from DN350 to DN600.
