GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
DAVINCI RESILIENT SEAT GATE VALVES FOR PVC PIPE, engineered to provide secure shut-off performance and long-term reliability in water distribution systems. Available in sizes from DN50 to DN300, with working pressures PN10/16, these valves are specifically designed for PVC pipeline installations.
Featuring a full bore design, the valve ensures unrestricted flow and 100% tightness in both directions, guaranteeing reliable sealing and optimal hydraulic efficiency. Its construction allows repacking under pipeline pressure, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance costs during service operations.
Designed for operational efficiency, it offers low torque values, enabling smooth manual or actuated operation. The valve is protected with WRAS-approved epoxy coating (250 microns) and includes WRAS certification for both rubber components and coating, ensuring full suitability for drinking water applications.
