GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

 

Metal seated gate valves with non-rising stem and flanged ends are designed for robust isolation service in demanding applications, especially where high pressure, temperature, and durability are required. Their construction makes them particularly suitable for WOB (Water, Oil & Bulk) applications, ensuring reliable performance across different media.

Available in sizes from DN40 to DN600, these valves feature a full bore design, providing minimum head loss and maximum flow capacity. The metal-to-metal seating ensures high resistance to wear, temperature, and pressure, delivering tight shut-off in both directions under appropriate operating conditions.

The non-rising stem design allows installation in limited spaces, while ensuring smooth operation with low torque values. This makes the valve suitable for both manual and actuated systems.

Manufactured according to DIN 3352, with face-to-face dimensions per DIN 3202 (F5/F7) and flanged connections EN 1092-1 (PN10 to PN100), these valves guarantee compatibility with international standards. Each unit is tested according to DIN 3230, ensuring strength and sealing performance, with pressure ratings from 16 up to 100 bar.

Designed for working conditions from -10°C to +150°C, these valves are ideal for water, oil, bulk handling, and general industrial services, where robustness, reliability, and resistance to harsh conditions are essential.
