DAVINCI RESILIENT SEAT GATE VALVE with THREADED ENDS, designed for reliable shut-off performance in compact water and pipeline installations. Available in sizes from DN20 to DN50, with working pressure PN10/16 (1.6 MPa), this valve provides secure sealing and durable operation in potable water and general service systems.
Featuring a full bore design, it ensures optimal flow capacity and 100% tightness in both directions, guaranteeing dependable shut-off performance. The valve can be repacked under pipeline pressure, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance operations.
Engineered for efficiency, it offers low torque values, enabling smooth manual operation even in frequent-use applications. The body and internal components are protected with WRAS-approved epoxy coating (250 microns), and the valve holds WRAS certification for both rubber components and coating, ensuring full compliance for drinking water use.
Manufactured in accordance with EN 1074-2 specifications, it meets strict European performance standards. The operating temperature range is -10°C to +90°C, making it suitable for standard water distribution conditions.
