Ref. 126A_DS RESILIENT SEAT GATE VALVE THREAD END (MALE/FEMALE)

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

DAVINCI Resilient Seat Gate Valves with non-rising stem and vertical configuration are designed for reliable isolation in compact installations, especially where space is limited. With male-female threaded ends (GAS/NPT), they allow quick and easy installation without the need for flanges, making them ideal for small-diameter pipelines.

Available in sizes from DN20 to DN50, these valves feature a full bore design, ensuring minimum head loss and maximum flow efficiency. The resilient sealing system provides 100% tight shut-off in both directions, guaranteeing zero leakage performance.

Manufactured with a ductile iron body (GJS400) and brass internal trim, combined with a stainless steel stem (2Cr13), the valve ensures strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. Sealing is achieved through multiple NBR O-rings and EPDM gasket, ensuring long-term reliability.

The valve is coated with WRAS-approved epoxy (minimum 250 microns, RAL 5015), making it suitable for drinking water applications. It also allows repacking under pipeline pressure, reducing maintenance downtime and improving operational efficiency.

Designed according to DIN 3352 and manufactured under ISO 9001, each valve is tested in accordance with EN 12266-1 Rate A, with pressure tests at 24 bar for the body and 17.6 bar for the seat, ensuring safety and performance.

Operating under pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures from -10°C to +80°C (depending on materials), these valves offer low torque operation, compact design, and high reliability, making them a cost-effective solution for water distribution, HVAC systems, and general utility services
