DAVINCI Flanged Ball Valves with ISO mounting pad are designed to deliver reliable shut-off, high durability, and excellent flow performance across a wide range of industrial and water applications. Available in sizes from DN15 to DN200 and pressure ratings PN10, PN16, PN25, and PN40, they provide a versatile and robust solution for fluid control systems.
The full bore design ensures minimal pressure drop and unrestricted flow, improving system efficiency. Thanks to the quarter-turn operation, these valves offer fast opening and closing, enabling quick response and precise control. The internal ball mechanism provides tight shut-off with low torque, ensuring ease of operation and long-term reliability.
Equipped with a top mounting pad according to ISO 5211, the valve allows easy automation and integration with actuators, making it ideal for both manual and automated systems. The flanged connections (EN 1092-2 / ISO 7005-2) ensure secure and straightforward installation in standard pipelines.
Manufactured in compliance with EN 12516, and with EN 558-1 Series 14 (F4) face-to-face dimensions, these valves guarantee interchangeability and adherence to international standards. Each unit is tested according to EN 12266-1 Rate A, with pressure tests at 1.5 × PN for the body and 1.1 × PN for the seat, ensuring maximum tightness and operational safety.
Designed for demanding working conditions, they operate at pressures up to 4.0 MPa and temperatures ranging from -20°C to +200°C, depending on materials. Their robust construction ensures excellent resistance to pressure, temperature, and wear, while offering low maintenance requirements and long service life.
