GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
 
DAVINCI BALL VALVE WAFER TYPE, designed to provide reliable shut-off performance and compact installation in demanding industrial systems. Available in sizes from DN15 to DN150, with working pressures PN10/16/25/40 (1.0, 1.6, 2.5 & 4.0 MPa), this valve ensures strength, safety, and long-term durability across a wide range of pressure classes.
Manufactured with a fully stainless steel body, it offers outstanding corrosion resistance and mechanical robustness, making it suitable for aggressive media and high-temperature applications. The valve operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +200°C, ensuring dependable performance under extreme service conditions.
 
Its wafer-type design allows efficient, space-saving installation between flanges, and it is compatible with PN10/16/25/40 flanges according to EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2. The valve is produced in compliance with EN 12516, meeting strict design and mechanical requirements.
Equipped with a mounting pad according to ISO 5211, it enables easy actuator mounting and automation integration. Each unit is pressure tested according to EN 12266-1, Rate A, with the body tested at 1.5 × PN, guaranteeing structural integrity and reliable sealing.
