GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
DAVINCI Globe valves with flanged ends are designed for accurate flow regulation and reliable shut-off in demanding industrial services. Their design makes them especially suitable for applications where throttling performance, control stability, and tight sealing are required.
Manufactured with a fully stainless steel body in CF8M, these valves offer excellent corrosion resistance and long service life when handling water, oils, hydrocarbons, and other compatible fluids. They are available in sizes from DN40 to DN250 with pressure ratings PN10 and PN16, for working pressures up to 1.6 MPa.
The globe valve design provides precise modulation of flow and stable operation, while maintaining low operating torque values for easier actuation. External protection can be enhanced with FBE epoxy coating, minimum 250 microns, improving resistance in aggressive environments.
These valves comply with EN 12516, with EN 558-1 Series 1 face-to-face dimensions and EN 1092-2 / ISO 7005-2 flanged connections, ensuring compatibility with standard piping systems. Each valve is tested according to EN 12266-1 Rate A, with pressure tests at 1.5 × PN for the body and 1.1 × PN for the seat, guaranteeing safety and tightness in service.
