DAVINCI KNIFE GATE VALVE _ BIDIRECTIONAL WITH 2 BODIES is engineered for heavy-duty isolation service in demanding industrial applications. Its bidirectional sealing capability ensures reliable shut-off in both flow directions, making it suitable for systems where reverse flow conditions may occur.
The valve features a two-piece body design, providing enhanced structural strength and easier maintenance. Its full bore configuration allows unobstructed flow, while the internal geometry prevents material accumulation, ensuring no fluid retention inside the valve body—an essential feature for handling slurries and solid-laden media.
A reinforced two-piece yoke design delivers high mechanical resistance and operational stability under severe working conditions. The valve is available in a wide variety of materials, allowing customization according to media characteristics such as abrasion, corrosion, or high temperature.
Available in sizes DN50 to DN2000, the valve is designed in accordance with MSS SP-81, with face-to-face dimensions compliant with the same standard. Flange drilling options include DIN PN10/PN16, ANSI 150LB, and JIS 10K Table E/D, ensuring compatibility with international piping systems. Testing is performed according to API 598.
This knife gate valve is suitable for a broad range of industries and media, including coal handling in power plants, slag discharge systems, sewage treatment facilities, pulp and paper production, food and pharmaceutical processes, petroleum and chemical plants, water and steam services, as well as abrasive and high-density materials such as grout, gold powder, ores, tailings, fibers, dust, asphalt, cereals, and industrial waste.
