GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Davinci single disc wafer check valve is a compact and reliable solution for preventing reverse flow in a wide variety of piping systems. Its wafer-type construction allows easy installation between flanges while minimizing space requirements and providing efficient flow performance. Designed for demanding service conditions, it is suitable for water supply and pumping systems, industrial pipelines, HVAC and cooling-water circuits, as well as oil, gas and compressed-air applications.

Available in sizes from DN15 to DN200, the valve can be installed between PN10, PN16, PN25 and PN40 flanges, with pressure ratings of up to 4.0 MPa. Its versatile design makes it suitable for use with water, oil, gas and compatible mildly corrosive fluids, providing a practical solution for both utility and industrial installations.

The valve is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 12235 and undergoes pressure testing according to EN 12266-1 Rate A and GB/T 13927-1992. Seat tightness is verified at 1.1 × PN, ensuring dependable sealing performance and effective protection against backflow under operating conditions.

With a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +180°C, the single disc check valve is suitable for installations exposed to both low and elevated temperatures. Its compact wafer configuration also simplifies installation and reduces the overall footprint of the piping system.

The valve is CE certified, providing compliance with applicable European requirements and making it a dependable choice for modern water, HVAC and industrial fluid-handling systems where compact dimensions, reliable shut-off and installation flexibility are required
