GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
DAVINCI 2-PC SPRING CHECK VALVE _ THREADED END 1000 WOG is designed to provide reliable non-return protection in industrial and utility systems. Manufactured entirely in AISI 316 stainless steel (body and disc/obturator), it offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability in demanding environments.
Its two-piece body construction ensures mechanical strength and facilitates maintenance when required. The valve features a full bore design, minimizing pressure drop and allowing efficient flow performance. The metal-to-metal closure guarantees dependable sealing, particularly in applications involving high temperatures or media where soft seats are not suitable.
Designed for a working pressure of 1000 WOG, the valve is suitable for water, oil, and gas services under high-pressure conditions. Threaded connections are available in GAS or NPT, with additional end configurations such as BW (Butt Weld) and SW (Socket Weld) depending on specification.
Where flanged execution is supplied within the range, dimensions comply with EN 558-1 / ISO 5752 (face-to-face) and EN 1092-2 / ISO 7005-2 (flange drilling). End connection ratings include PN10 and PN16 where applicable.
