The 90º swing check valve with metal seat is designed to provide robust performance and reliable backflow prevention in water, sewage, and heating installations. Its full bore design ensures minimum head loss and optimal flow capacity, making it ideal for efficient hydraulic systems.
Manufactured for durability and long service life, the valve features a brass seat as standard (with alternative materials available on request), ensuring tight sealing and resistance to wear. An optional lever and counterweight system can be supplied to enhance closing control and adapt to specific operating conditions.
Available in sizes from DN40 to DN1000 with pressure ratings PN10 and PN16, the valve is suitable for a wide range of applications. It complies with DIN 3202 F1/F7 face-to-face dimensions and EN 1092-2 flanged connections, ensuring easy integration into standard pipeline systems.
Each valve is tested according to EN 12266-1 Rate C, with pressure tests at 1.5 × PN for the body and 1.1 × PN for the seat, guaranteeing reliability and safety in operation. Certified under CE, it meets the requirements for use in European markets.
Designed for working conditions up to 1.6 MPa pressure, temperatures from -10°C to +120°C, and maximum fluid velocity of 3.2 m/s, this valve represents a dependable and cost-effective solution for fluid control in demanding environments.
