GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

 

Discover a compact and efficient dual plate check valve designed to reliably prevent reverse flow in water and utility systems. With its wafer-type design for installation between flanges, it ensures low pressure drop, fast closing response, and 100% watertight sealing. The valve is available in a range from DN40 up to DN600 with PN10 / PN16 ratings, making it ideal for firefighting systems, HVAC installations, irrigation, and water supply networks.

Manufactured in accordance with leading international standards, the valve features face-to-face dimensions per EN 558-1 series 16 and flange compatibility according to EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2. It is equipped with a vulcanized gasket, ensuring enhanced sealing reliability and long service life. The valve can be assembled in both horizontal and vertical positions with ascending flow, offering high installation flexibility.

Each valve is 100% watertight according to ISO 5208 Rate A and pressure tested under EN 12266-1 Rate A and GB/T 13927-1992, with body tests at 1.5 × PN and seat tests at 1.1 × PN, guaranteeing safe and dependable operation.

Protected by a 250-micron epoxy coating (RAL 5015), the dual plate check valve provides excellent corrosion resistance. It is fully compliant with the EU Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (Category III, Module H), making it a robust and standards-compliant solution for modern water and industrial piping systems.
