GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Compact and high-performance Davinci dual plate check valve with a fully vulcanized internal body, specifically designed to reliably prevent reverse flow in water and utility systems. Its wafer-type design for installation between flanges ensures low pressure drop, rapid closing response and 100% watertight sealing.

The entire internal surface of the valve body is covered with a vulcanized rubber lining, preventing the body material from coming into direct contact with the conveyed fluid. This design provides enhanced protection against corrosion, improved sealing reliability and a longer service life, making it particularly suitable for demanding water applications.

Available in sizes from DN40 to DN600, with PN10 and PN16 pressure ratings, the valve is ideal for firefighting systems, HVAC installations, irrigation systems and water supply networks.

Manufactured in accordance with leading international standards, the valve features face-to-face dimensions according to EN 558-1, Series 16, with flange compatibility in accordance with EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2. It may be installed in both horizontal pipelines and vertical pipelines with upward flow, providing excellent installation flexibility.

Each valve provides leak-tight closure in accordance with ISO 5208, Rate A, and is pressure-tested in accordance with EN 12266-1, Rate A, and GB/T 13927-1992. The body is tested at 1.5 times the rated pressure, while the seat is tested at 1.1 times the rated pressure, ensuring safe and dependable operation.

The external surfaces are protected by a 250 μm epoxy coating in RAL 5015, providing excellent corrosion resistance. The valve complies with the EU Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, Category III, Module H, making it a durable and standards-compliant solution for modern water and industrial piping systems.
