GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

DAVINCI Noozle Check valves with flanged ends are engineered to deliver high hydraulic efficiency, reliability, and long service life in clean water systems. The high-strength ductile iron body ensures durability with reduced weight, facilitating handling and installation.

The advanced hydrodynamic design with integrated diffuser provides streamlined flow and very low head loss, resulting in significant energy savings in pumping operations. The short-stroke disc with stainless steel spring enables a fast closing time of up to 0.2 seconds, ensuring non-slam operation and effective prevention of water hammer.
Internally and externally coated with WRAS-approved epoxy (250 microns), the valve offers excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for potable water applications. Bronze bushings minimize wear, enhancing operational reliability and service life.

Suitable for vertical, horizontal, or inclined installation (vertical recommended for sizes ≥ DN800), these valves are available from DN50 to DN1200 with pressure ratings PN10, PN16, and PN25. They comply with EN 558-1 Series 14 (F4), EN 1092-2 / ISO 7005-2, and are tested according to EN 12266-1 Rate A.

Certified under CE and WRAS, and compliant with PED 2014/68/EU, these valves operate under pressures up to 2.5 MPa and temperatures from -10°C to +95°C, making them a robust and efficient solution for modern water systems.
