GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

DAVINCI HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVES are engineered to provide maximum reliability, precise pressure regulation, and long service life in demanding hydraulic systems. Designed for applications in water distribution networks, irrigation systems, industrial plants, HVAC systems, mining, pumping stations, and fire protection networks, these valves ensure stable and efficient operation under varying flow and pressure conditions. Manufactured with a high-strength ductile iron body and fusion epoxy coated components, the valves offer outstanding durability and excellent corrosion resistance. Available in sizes from DN50 to DN800 mm, they are suitable for a wide range of municipal and industrial applications.

The valve incorporates a top and seat ring guided stem and diaphragm assembly for accurate control and dependable performance. Its nylon reinforced diaphragm and stainless steel seat and disc retainer ring provide long-term sealing integrity and drip-tight shut-off. Thanks to its globe-style design, the valve delivers superior modulation and control characteristics. In addition, maintenance can be performed without removing the valve from the pipeline, reducing downtime and operational costs.
