GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
 
DAVINCI Cast Iron Manholes are designed to provide safe, durable, and high-load resistant access solutions for underground networks in civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Manufactured in accordance with UNE-EN 124-2:2015, they ensure maximum strength, safety, and long service life in demanding environments.
The structure consists of a ductile iron body and cover, offering high mechanical resistance and impact strength.
The round frame design ensures optimal load distribution, with an approximate total weight of 68 kg (frame ~29 kg / cover ~39 kg), making it suitable for heavy traffic conditions.
Equipped with a locking system, these manholes prevent accidental opening or unauthorized access, enhancing safety in public areas. An integrated O-ring sealing system reduces noise and vibrations, improving comfort in urban environments. The dry cover design helps prevent water ingress and ensures better operational performance.
The surface is protected with a bitumen coating, providing corrosion resistance and durability in harsh environmental conditions.
