GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
DAVINCI Resilient Seat Gate valves with non-rising stem F4 in CF8M stainless steel are designed to provide reliable isolation, excellent corrosion resistance, and long service life in water and industrial applications.
CF8M is a cast austenitic stainless steel equivalent to AISI 316, offering high resistance to corrosion, chlorides, and aggressive environments, making it especially suitable for water treatment and demanding conditions.
Available in sizes from DN40 to DN300, these valves feature a full bore design, ensuring minimum head loss and maximum flow efficiency. The resilient sealing system guarantees 100% tight shut-off in both directions (zero leakage), while maintaining low torque operation for easy actuation.
The non-rising stem design allows installation in confined or buried environments, and the valve can be repacked under pipeline pressure, minimizing maintenance downtime and operational costs.
Manufactured according to DIN 3352, with EN 558-1 Series 14/15 face-to-face dimensions and EN 1092-2 / ISO 7005-2 flanged connections (PN16), these valves ensure full compatibility with standard pipeline systems. Each unit is tested according to EN 12266-1 Rate A, with pressure tests at 24 bar (body) and 18 bar (seat), guaranteeing tightness and safety.
Designed for working temperatures from -10°C to +80°C, these valves are suitable for water and compatible fluids, particularly where corrosion resistance is critical.
