DAVINCI RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS with DOUBLE SPHERE, FLANGED ENDS (PN10-16) are engineered to deliver maximum flexibility and reliability in piping systems, effectively compensating vibrations, noise, and mechanical movements in fluid conduction pipelines.
Available in a wide size range from DN40 up to DN600, this solution is ideal for medium and large-scale installations requiring flanged connections according to EN 1092-2 / ISO 7005-2 (PN10/16), ensuring full compatibility with international standards.
The full bore design, combined with a double sphere (double wave) construction, guarantees minimum head loss and superior flexibility. This design significantly improves the absorption of axial, lateral, and angular movements, protecting pumps, valves, and critical system components while enhancing overall operational stability.
Manufactured using an advanced moulding process with high-resistance synthetic fiber reinforcement, the joint body provides outstanding mechanical strength and durability. It is capable of withstanding a burst pressure exceeding 60 bar, while the maximum working pressure is PN16, offering a high safety margin in demanding applications.
Designed for maximum installation versatility, these expansion joints can be mounted in both horizontal and vertical positions, simplifying integration into complex piping layouts.

All units are manufactured and tested in accordance with EN 12266-1 Rate A and GB/T 13927-1992, with body pressure tests performed at 1.5 × PN, ensuring tightness and structural integrity.
