DAVINCI RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS SINGLE SPHERE with WRAS CERTIFICATION, specially designed for potable water systems and fluid conduction pipelines requiring flexibility, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Available from DN32 up to DN1200, with standard pressure ratings PN10–16 (DN32–600), this solution ensures high performance across a broad range of installations.
Its full bore design guarantees minimum head loss, preserving optimal hydraulic efficiency. Engineered to absorb vibrations and reduce noise, it protects pumps, valves, and pipework from mechanical stress and operational fatigue.
Manufactured using a special moulding technique with high-resistance synthetic fiber reinforcement, the body offers excellent durability and structural integrity. The joint features a floating flange for easy installation and allows 4-way movement (axial, lateral, angular, and torsional compensation), ensuring maximum adaptability to system dynamics.
Designed for flexibility in installation, it can be mounted in both horizontal and vertical positions, simplifying integration into different pipeline configurations.
