GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
DAVINCI Metallic bellows with welding ends are designed to absorb axial movements, vibrations, and slight misalignments in piping systems, ensuring system integrity and extended service life under demanding operating conditions.
Manufactured in stainless steel, these expansion joints provide excellent resistance to high temperatures, pressure, and corrosion, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Available in sizes from DN32 to DN600, they offer a compact and efficient solution for pipeline flexibility.
The design incorporates an internal sleeve (liner) that protects the bellows from direct fluid impact, preventing deformation and turbulence, while also contributing to low pressure loss. This results in improved performance and durability, especially in high-velocity flow conditions.
Designed according to EJMA (7th Edition) standards, these bellows ensure reliable mechanical performance and fatigue resistance. They are tested in accordance with EN 12266-1, with pressure tests up to 24 bar, and manufactured under PED 2014/68/EU (Category III, Module H), complying with strict European safety requirements.
Suitable for working pressures up to 16 bar (with burst pressure up to 32 bar) and temperatures ranging from -90°C to +400°C, these metallic bellows are ideal for high-temperature and high-stress environments.
Their use allows for reduced installation stress, lower maintenance costs, and protection of connected equipment, making them a reliable and cost-effective solution for modern piping systems.
