GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
DAVINCI SPINDLE EXTENSION FOR GATE VALVES is designed to ensure safe, reliable, and maintenance-free operation of underground gate valves. Its robust construction and practical design allow tool-less assembly using a stainless steel clip-pin, simplifying installation and reducing on-site working time. All connection pins are manufactured in stainless steel 1.4301, ensuring high corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
The extension provides transport security of the rod up to a minimum of 150 N, guaranteeing stability during handling and installation. A self-locking system in every adjustable position, achieved through a PE sealing collar on the steel tube, ensures secure length adjustment without additional components. Torque resistance complies with GW 336 requirements, ensuring reliable mechanical performance.
The system incorporates a one-piece PE protection tube with bonded centering cap, universal bell, and sealing, offering complete protection against dirt ingress and water penetration. The design is fully dirt-proof and water-repellent, making it ideal for buried installations and harsh environmental conditions.
Optional accessories include a double-sided marking disc (gas/water) as well as bell adapters and sealing inserts for enhanced installation flexibility.

The extension rod is manufactured from one-piece hot-dip galvanized steel according to DIN EN 10240 (optionally available in stainless steel). The coupling (bottom adapter) and square cap (top adapter) are made of GJS400-15, galvanized according to DIN EN 12329 and DIN 50961. Stainless steel alternatives in AISI 304 are available upon request.
