GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

DAVINCI Series 13 Butterfly Valve features a concentric disc design and is available in sizes from DN50 up to DN3000, offering a reliable solution for large-scale water networks and industrial systems. It ensures bi-directional tight shut-off and incorporates a vulcanized seat that eliminates the need for additional gaskets during installation, simplifying assembly and reducing maintenance requirements. The optimized internal geometry guarantees low head loss, improving overall system efficiency.

The valve includes a top flange in accordance with ISO 5211 for easy automation and is protected with a 250-micron epoxy coating in RAL 5015, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. It is available in single or double shaft configurations, with or without disc pin, allowing adaptation to different operational requirements.

Manufactured in compliance with EN 1074-2, with face-to-face dimensions according to EN 558-1 Series 13, and flanged ends drilled to EN 1092-2 (PN10, PN16 and PN25), the valve meets the highest European standards. All units are pressure tested in accordance with EN 12266-1, DIN 3230, BS 6755 and ISO 5208, with body testing at 1.5 × PN and seat testing at 1.1 × PN, ensuring guaranteed performance and reliability. Production complies with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU Module H.

Available in pressure ratings of 1.0 MPa, 1.6 MPa and 2.5 MPa, the valve operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +120°C (CF8M disc) and is designed primarily for water service applications. For other media, our technical department is available for consultation.

For operation, the valve can be equipped with the Series 3D gear operator, compatible with all resilient seated butterfly valves, featuring adjustable travel stops as standard, factory-set when supplied mounted.
