GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

DAVINCI AIR RELIEF VALVE with THREADED END PN10/16 (ABS INTERNALS) is designed to ensure efficient air discharge and intake in pressurized water systems, safeguarding pipelines against air accumulation and vacuum conditions. Its robust construction combined with ABS internal components provides lightweight performance and high resistance to corrosion.

Available in 1” threaded execution (GAS/NPT) and flanged versions in DN40/50/60/65 and DN80/100, the valve is suitable for PN10 and PN16 connections, with pressure ratings of 1.0 MPa and 1.6 MPa. The body is protected with epoxy coating (250 microns), ensuring long-term corrosion resistance in demanding environments.

Designed for water applications, it operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +100°C, delivering reliable performance under standard service conditions. For other media or specific requirements, factory consultation is recommended.

The valve is hydrostatically tested in accordance with EN 12266-1, Class A, ensuring sealing integrity and structural strength. It is manufactured in compliance with relevant EC Directive requirements.
