GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

DAVINCI TAPPING SADDLES FOR PVC/PE PIPES, engineered to provide secure, reliable and durable branch connections in water distribution networks, irrigation systems and industrial pipeline installations. Designed for pipe outside diameters from OD90 up to OD400, with flanged outlet sizes from DN50 to DN150 depending on the configuration, they offer a versatile and efficient solution for expanding and adapting existing pipeline networks.

Manufactured from high-strength GGG50 ductile iron, these tapping saddles ensure excellent mechanical resistance, structural stability and long-term durability. Their robust construction provides a secure connection to PVC and PE pipelines, while the EPDM or NBR rubber seals deliver reliable watertight performance, helping prevent leakage and maintain system integrity under demanding operating conditions.

Designed for fast and straightforward installation, the mechanical bolted construction allows branch connections to be created without replacing extensive pipeline sections, reducing installation time, labour costs and network disruption. Their practical design makes them particularly suitable for new service connections, network extensions and pipeline modifications.

For enhanced protection, the saddles feature a Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating, providing excellent corrosion resistance and contributing to an extended service life. Equipped with galvanized steel bolts, nuts and washers, they ensure secure fastening and dependable mechanical performance. Dacromet-coated steel and Teflon-coated stainless steel fasteners are also available upon request to meet specific installation and environmental requirements.
