DAVINCI UNIVERSAL SADDLES WITH FLANGED OUTLET, engineered to provide secure, versatile and reliable branch connections in water distribution networks, HVAC installations, irrigation systems and industrial pipeline applications. Available for pipe sizes from DN50 up to DN500, with flanged outlets ranging from DN50 to DN250 depending on the configuration, they offer an efficient and adaptable solution for different pipeline requirements.
 
Manufactured from high-strength GJS450 ductile iron, these universal saddles ensure excellent mechanical resistance, structural stability and long-term durability. Their innovative design incorporates AISI 304 stainless steel straps with rubber insulation, providing a secure grip while helping protect the pipe surface and ensuring even pressure distribution. The favourable angle of contact enhances installation stability and contributes to dependable sealing performance.
 
Designed for fast, easy and flexible installation, the adjustable strap system allows the saddle to accommodate different pipe outside diameters, simplifying branch connections without the need for extensive pipeline modifications. This practical design helps reduce installation time, labour costs and maintenance downtime, making it particularly suitable for network extensions, new service connections and pipeline upgrades.
 
For enhanced durability, the body features a 250 μm powder epoxy coating, providing excellent corrosion resistance and reliable protection in demanding environments. The assembly is equipped with Dacromet-coated steel bolts, nuts and washers, ensuring strong mechanical fastening and extended service life.
 
Available with EPDM and NBR rubber sealing options, DAVINCI Universal Saddles offer flexibility for different operating conditions, with working temperatures ranging from -10°C to +120°C for EPDM and -10°C to +82°C for NBR. Designed for working pressures up to 16 bar, they provide dependable performance across municipal, agricultural, HVAC and industrial installations.
 
Manufactured in accordance with EN 545, with pressure testing performed according to EN 12266-1, these saddles meet recognised requirements for quality and performance. Their PN10 and PN16 flanged outlets, according to DIN 2501, ensure dimensional compatibility and straightforward integration into existing pipeline systems.
