GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

DAVINCI SADDLE CLAMP FOR PVC PIPE, engineered to provide secure, reliable and watertight branch connections in water distribution networks, irrigation systems and industrial pipeline installations. Available for pipe outside diameters from OD32 up to OD315, with pressure ratings PN10 and PN16, it offers a robust and efficient solution for creating new connections and extending existing PVC pipeline networks.

Manufactured from high-quality cast iron, these saddle clamps provide excellent mechanical strength, structural stability and long-term durability. Their robust two-piece design ensures a secure and stable fit around the pipe, while the EPDM or NBR rubber gasket delivers effective watertight sealing, helping prevent leakage and maintain pipeline integrity under demanding operating conditions.

Designed for quick and easy installation, the mechanical bolted assembly allows branch connections to be created without replacing extensive pipeline sections, helping reduce installation time, labour costs and maintenance downtime. Equipped with galvanized steel bolts, nuts and washers, the clamp ensures reliable fastening and consistent mechanical performance.

For enhanced durability, DAVINCI Saddle Clamps are available with Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating or Nylon 11 coating, providing corrosion protection and contributing to an extended service life. Alternative surface treatments can also be supplied upon request to meet specific installation and environmental requirements.

Offering BSP, NSPT and Metric threaded outlet options, these saddle clamps provide excellent versatility for different branch connection requirements. Depending on the selected pipe diameter, outlets are available from 1/2" up to 3", allowing straightforward integration into water distribution, agricultural irrigation and industrial piping systems.

Available with EPDM and NBR sealing options, the clamps accommodate different operating requirements, with specified gasket temperature ranges from -10°C to +120°C for EPDM and -10°C to +82°C for NBR, subject to the temperature and pressure limitations of the connected PVC pipeline. Designed for working pressures up to 16 bar, they provide dependable performance across a wide range of applications.
