GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
DAVINCI Saddles for PVC and PE pipes are designed to provide quick, safe, and reliable branch connections in water distribution systems. They are easy to install, maintenance-free, and engineered for long service life, making them an efficient solution for modern pipeline networks.
The saddle body is manufactured in high-strength ductile iron (EN-GJS-500-7) and protected with epoxy powder coating (minimum 250 μm thickness), ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability in buried and exposed installations. Sealing is achieved through an EPDM gasket, guaranteeing tightness and leak-free performance.
All fastening elements include hexagonal bolts in stainless steel A2 (AISI 304), along with stainless steel washers, providing high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Additionally, bolts are molybdenum-coated to improve durability and facilitate assembly.
Designed for working pressures up to PN16 (16 bar) and temperatures from 0°C to +70°C, these saddles are suitable for a wide range of water applications. Their robust construction ensures secure fitting on PVC and PE pipes, allowing branch connections without compromising pipeline integrity.
Thanks to their simple installation, reliable sealing, and long-term performance, PVC-PE saddles are a cost-effective and dependable solution for water supply, irrigation, and utility networks.
