GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
 
DAVINCI UNIVERSAL SADDLES are engineered for reliable water pipeline branch connections, as well as repair, maintenance, and installation work across hydraulic networks. Their robust design provides <u>secure grip on the pipe</u> and excellent compatibility with multiple pipe materials, including <u>PVC, HDPE, DI, steel, and GRP</u>.
Designed for demanding applications, they are suitable for <u>irrigation systems, municipal water distribution networks, industrial process piping, and fire protection systems</u>, delivering dependable performance in both utility and industrial environments.
 
Manufactured in compliance with international standards, Davinci Universal Saddles comply with <u>EN 545</u> and are pressure tested according to <u>EN 12266-1 Rate A and GB/T13927-1992</u>, with seat pressure tests at <u>1.1 x PN</u>. They are also available with <u>WRAS certification</u>, supporting quality, safety, and reliability for water applications.
Available in a wide range from <u>DN50 to DN400, PN16</u>, these saddles are rated for working pressures up to <u>1.6 MPa</u> and temperatures from <u>-10 ºC to +120 ºC</u>.
 
Suitable for <u>water, oil, and gas</u>, they offer a versatile, durable, and cost-effective solution for modern pipeline systems.
