GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

DAVINCI UNIVERSAL SADDLES are engineered for reliable water pipeline branch connections, as well as repair, maintenance, and installation work across hydraulic networks. Their robust design provides secure grip on the pipe and excellent compatibility with multiple pipe materials, including PVC, HDPE, DI, steel, and GRP.

Designed for demanding applications, they are suitable for irrigation systems, municipal water distribution networks, industrial process piping, and fire protection systems , delivering dependable performance in both utility and industrial environments.

Manufactured in compliance with international standards, Davinci Universal Saddles comply with EN 545 and are pressure tested according to EN 12266-1 Rate A and GB/T13927-1992, with seat pressure tests at 1.1 x PN . They are also available with WRAS certification , supporting quality, safety, and reliability for water applications.

Available in a wide range from DN50 to DN400, PN16 , these saddles are rated for working pressures up to 1.6 MPa and temperatures from -10 ºC to +120 ºC .

Suitable for water, oil, and gas , they offer a versatile, durable, and cost-effective solution for modern pipeline systems.
