GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

DAVINCI GIBAULT JOINTS FOR PVC & HDPE PIPES, engineered to provide secure, watertight and long-lasting connections in water distribution networks, irrigation systems and industrial pipeline installations. Available in sizes from DN50 to DN500, with a pressure rating of PN16 (16 bar), they offer a reliable and versatile solution for both new installations and pipeline repair operations.

Manufactured from high-strength GJS500-7 ductile iron, the center sleeve and end rings ensure excellent mechanical resistance, structural stability and long-term durability. The EPDM sealing ring provides effective watertight performance, helping prevent leakage and ensuring reliable connections under demanding operating conditions.

Designed for quick and easy installation, DAVINCI Gibault Joints allow efficient pipe connections without welding or specialised equipment, reducing installation time, maintenance costs and operational downtime. Their practical design makes them particularly suitable for pipeline repairs, network extensions and underground installations.

For enhanced protection, the joints feature a 250 μm epoxy coating in RAL 5015, combined with Dacromet-coated steel bolts and nuts, providing excellent corrosion resistance and extending service life even in challenging environmental conditions.

Suitable for PVC and HDPE pipelines, they are designed for operating pressures up to 1.6 MPa and specified working temperatures from -10°C to +120°C, subject to the limitations of the connected piping system. They can be used with potable water, neutral liquids and sewage, offering flexibility across municipal, agricultural and industrial applications.

Manufactured in accordance with EN 545, with pressure testing and coating specifications referenced to EN 30677, DAVINCI Gibault Joints are designed to meet demanding quality and performance requirements. They also hold WRAS approval for potable water applications, ensuring suitability for drinking water distribution systems.
