GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

DAVINCI Universal Flange Adaptors are designed to provide a flexible, reliable, and easy connection solution between pipes and flanged equipment. They are especially suitable for joining plain-end pipes of different materials and tolerances (such as ductile iron, steel, PVC, or PE) to standard flanged systems.

Available in sizes from DN40 to DN600, with pressure ratings PN10, PN16, and PN25 as well as ANSI Class 125/150/250, these adaptors offer wide compatibility and installation versatility. Their design allows for tolerance in pipe outside diameter, simplifying installation and reducing the need for precise pipe preparation.

The adaptor is protected with WRAS-approved epoxy coating (minimum 250 microns), ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for potable water applications. Sealing materials such as EPDM or NBR provide reliable performance across working temperatures from -10°C to +120°C (EPDM) and -10°C to +80°C (NBR).

Manufactured in accordance with EN 545, and compatible with EN 1092-2 / ISO 7005-2 flanges, these adaptors meet international standards. Each unit is tested according to EN 12266-1 Rate A, with pressure tests at 1.5 × PN, ensuring tightness and operational safety.
