GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
 
DAVINCI One-piece Ball valves with threaded ends are designed to provide compact, reliable, and high-performance shut-off in a wide range of industrial and water applications. Manufactured in stainless steel (AISI 304 / 316) or WCB carbon steel, they ensure excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
Available in sizes from 1/4” to 4” with pressure ratings up to PN56/63, these valves are ideal for high-pressure systems requiring tight sealing and durability. The one-piece body construction minimizes potential leakage points, ensuring maximum integrity and long service life.
The valve features a full bore design, allowing minimal pressure drop and unrestricted flow, improving system efficiency. Its quarter-turn operation provides fast opening and closing, while maintaining low torque requirements for easy operation.
Threaded connections are available according to DIN 259, NPT, and other standards, enabling quick and simple installation without the need for flanges or additional gaskets, reducing installation time and cost.
Designed and tested in accordance with EN 12266-1, DIN 3230, BS 6755, and ISO 5208, each valve undergoes strict quality control, with pressure tests up to 24 bar for the body and 17.6 bar for the seat, ensuring tight shut-off and operational safety. Manufactured under PED 2014/68/EU (Module H), they meet the highest European quality and safety requirements.
