GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

DAVINCI Two-piece Ball Valves with threaded ends are designed to provide high performance, easy maintenance, and reliable shut-off in a wide range of industrial and utility applications. Their two-piece body construction allows for easier disassembly and maintenance compared to one-piece designs, without compromising strength or sealing performance.

Manufactured by investment casting in materials such as stainless steel (AISI 304 / 316, CF8 / CF8M) and WCB carbon steel, these valves ensure excellent mechanical resistance and corrosion durability. Available in sizes from 1/4” to 4”, they are suitable for pressure ratings up to 1000 PSI (PN63).

The full port design guarantees minimal pressure drop and maximum flow capacity, improving system efficiency. The valve incorporates a blow-out proof stem for enhanced safety and can be supplied with anti-static device and locking handle as optional features, making it suitable for more demanding or hazardous environments.

Threaded connections are available according to multiple standards, including ASME B1.20.1 (NPT), ISO 228-1, DIN 259/2999, BS21, JIS B0203, ensuring compatibility with international piping systems and allowing quick installation without flanges.

Each valve is tested according to API 598 and EN 12266-1, ensuring tight shut-off and operational reliability. Manufactured in compliance with PED 2014/68/EU, they meet stringent European safety requirements.

Designed for working pressures up to PN56/63 and suitable for a wide range of fluids, these valves offer low torque operation, long service life, and reduced maintenance needs.
