 RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS with SINGLE SPHERE FLANGED ENDS, engineered to enhance system reliability by effectively compensating movement, vibration, and noise in fluid conduction pipelines. Available in a comprehensive range from DN32 up to DN600, this solution adapts to a wide variety of industrial and water infrastructure applications.

Its full bore design ensures minimum head loss, maintaining optimal flow performance while protecting pumps, valves, and pipeline components from mechanical stress. Specifically designed to absorb vibrations and reduce noise, it significantly improves operational stability and extends the service life of connected equipment.

Manufactured using a special moulding technique with high-resistance synthetic fiber reinforcement, the joint body offers outstanding structural strength. It is capable of withstanding a burst pressure exceeding 60 bar, while its standard working pressure is up to 16 bar, providing an excellent safety margin.

Designed for versatility, it allows installation in both horizontal and vertical positions, facilitating easy integration into different pipeline layouts.
